Occupiers illegally transferred First Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Nariman Dzhelial to prison in minusinsk, krasnoyarsk region.

The russian federal penitentiary service has transferred the illegally convicted First Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Nariman Dzhelial to a prison in minusinsk, krasnoyarsk region. This was reported by the wife of Nariman Dzhelial Leviza.

His wife was officially informed about the fact that Dzhelial was sent in stages ten days after the transfer. Leviza Dzhelial received an official letter from the state penitentiary service, and this letter was followed by a message from the “supreme court” of Crimea with a rejection of the cassation appeal of Nariman Dzhelial and Asan Akhtemov. The address was the city of minusinsk, so, according to Leviza, there is a possibility that her husband was sent there.

Also, Dzhelial’s wife noted that there is no exact information about Nariman’s location, as well as about his condition. Mrs. Dzhelial assumes that her husband is being held in special blocks, where he is not allowed to make phone calls.

Earlier, Nariman Dzhelial was illegally detained upon his return to Crimea after participating in the Inaugural Summit of the Crimean Platform and sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony with a fine of 700 thousand rubles. The illegal verdict of the so-called occupation “court” of Crimea in the fabricated case of the so-called “sabotage” on the gas pipeline in the village of Perevalne was upheld by a russian ‘court’ of general jurisdiction.
