Resolution 2132 (2016) «Political Consequences of the Russian Aggression in Ukraine»

The Assembly reiterates its call on Russian authorities to comply with the requirements adopted in resolutions 1990 (2014), 2034 (2015), and 2063 (2015), and considers that it’s only significant and tangible progress in their implementation that can serve as a basis for resuming genuine dialogue with Russia in the spirit of mutual respect.
