The Assembly calls on Russian authorities to comply with all Assembly resolutions concerning military aggression against Ukraine; to put an end to the use of anti-extremism legislation to restrict freedom of speech and assembly; fully recognize the supremacy of and unconditionally comply with the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.
