The Assembly calls on Russian authorities to implement all the resolutions of the Assembly concerning military aggression against Ukraine; return Ukrainian vessels seized in the Kerch Strait, immediately release captured Ukrainian sailors, and fully respect the legal right of Ukraine to navigate freely and unhindered in the Kerch Strait and the Sea of Azov.
