Resolution A/RES/68/262 «Territorial integrity of Ukraine»

Commitment to the territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders is affirmed. The UN General Assembly calls upon all states to refrain from actions aimed at partial or complete violation of national unity, including any attempts to alter Ukraine’s border through the threat or use of force. The referendum of March 16, 2014, is recognized invalid. All states, international organizations and specialized agencies are called upon not to recognize any alteration of the status of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol on the basis of the above-mentioned referendum, and to refrain from any actions or dealing that might be interpreted as such recognition.
