As Part of the Forum 11 Years of War. Starting Point: Crimea, the War Childhood Museum Presented The Power of Resistance Exhibition
On February 26, as part of the Forum 11 Years of War. Starting Point: Crimea dedicated to the Day of Resistance to the Occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol the War Childhood Museum presented the exhibition The Power of Resistance. The centerpiece of the exhibition featured seven stories of children who experienced systematic oppression under the Russian occupation regime in Crimea and were forced to leave their homes.

The exhibition highlights how the occupiers manipulate education as a tool for militarization and distort historical facts to shape the perceptions of young people and impose their ideology. However, the children’s memories of Crimea reflect their resilience, their quest to comprehend the events they endured, and their determination to preserve their cultural identity.
