The Fourth Crimea Platform Summit: Altai Efendiev, Secretary General of GUAM.
“We, the GUAM Organization, declare our support for the Crimea Platform. We are also committed to implementing the previously mentioned initiatives and continuing further cooperation,” said Altai Efendiev, Secretary General of GUAM.
In his speech, GUAM Secretary General Altai Efendiev pointed out that ignoring crimes gives an “invitation” for aggressors to continue violating the world order.
“We see an increasing deviation from international law, and even the UN Security Council cannot do anything against the violator.”
Altai Efendiev condemned the massive attacks on civilians and infrastructure by Russia and expressed his support for the Ukrainian people.
“We would like to pay tribute to the indomitable spirit of Ukrainians and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
