The Fourth Crimea Platform Summit: Prime Minister of  Japan Fumio Kishida

“We will move forward hand in hand with the people of Ukraine,” Prime Minister of  Japan Fumio Kishida stated.

Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida addressed the participants of the Fourth Crimea Platform Summit and expressed his sincere respect for the Ukrainian people who fight every day to defend their homeland and freedom in the face of Russia’s ongoing aggression.

“Japan supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, including Crimea. In June of this year, I attended the Summit on Peace in Ukraine held in Switzerland, where I stressed the importance of achieving a just and lasting peace in Ukraine to lead the entire international community toward a world of cooperation rather than division”, said Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida.

He emphasized the importance of transferring the conference results to the Second Global Peace Summit and restoring peace in Ukraine as soon as possible.

“We will move forward hand in hand with the people of Ukraine,” the Prime Minister of Japan concluded.
