The Fourth Crimea Platform Summit: Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

“The Crimea Platform, initiated by President Zelenskyy, has not only brought the issue of Crimea back into the international agenda but is also confidently laying ever-stronger foundations for the just de-occupation of the peninsula, its return to Ukraine, and the restoration of normal, peaceful life there,” Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is convinced that the coordinated efforts of the European community will be able to stop decades of terror and repression by Russia, which originated during Stalin’s regime. The world must know the truth about Crimea and all the crimes Russia commits, driven by its maniacal obsession to suppress, destroy, and forget.

“The fight for Crimea has always been, is, and will remain an integral part of our struggle to restore sovereignty over the entire internationally recognized territory of the Ukrainian state,” stated Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk.

He also noted that today’s war by the Russian Federation against the Ukrainian people is a continuation of genocidal practices aimed at destroying Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar identity, erasing the historical and cultural heritage and uniqueness of our peoples.
