The Fourth Crimea Platform Summit: Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine

The Fourth Crimea Platform Summit: Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine

“Ukraine does not trade its land and does not abandon its people. And when we work with the world for a just end to this war, we remind not only of the land where the occupier’s tricolor is now temporarily but also of the fates of people who cannot be left ruined,” President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said.

The President of Ukraine emphasized the liberation of the temporarily occupied territories and the release of all people in captivity. He also mentioned Nariman Dzhelyal, who was returned by Ukraine’s efforts from Russian captivity. He observed a minute of silence for all the people killed in the Russian war, killed by Russia in captivity, occupation, and deportation.

“About a hundred countries worldwide have joined the effort to implement the Peace Formula. I urge these countries to convince your partners who are still refraining from working with us, to convince them that true peace should have no alternatives, the President of Ukraine said.

He stressed that Ukraine proves there are no omnipotent aggressors and that Ukraine fights for international law and security for every nation. He mentioned Server Mustafaiev, Leniie Umierova, Amet Suleimanov, Tofik Abdulhaziiev, Vladyslav Yesypenko, and all other Crimean prisoners of Russia. He also marked the efforts of all our people—civilians and military, adults and children—who are now in Russian captivity or who are not behind bars but who are unfortunately forced to go through the humiliation of occupation, which is one of the cruelest atrocities for any free person.
