Farhad Soliev and Server Aliev were abducted in occupied Sevastopol. Fsb officers took them to an unknown destination
The mother of the missing 22-year-old Farhad Soliev, Lenara Seidalieva, said that on November 3, her son and his colleague, 33-year-old Server Aliev, were taken away in an fsb car in an unknown direction. This information was provided by representatives of the occupation “law enforcement agencies”.
Ms. Seidalieva emphasized that she was not informed about the opening of criminal proceedings, nor was she provided with information about the course of the investigation, constantly being redirected to the duty unit, where she received no information.
The lawyers, by agreement, checked the websites of the occupation “courts” and found that there is no publicly available information about the so-called “cases” against Farhad Soliev or Server Aliev. Neither Soliev nor his colleague Aliev were found in temporary detention centers or in special reception centers. The mother of Farhad Soliev, together with human rights activists, learned that the occupation so-called “investigative bodies” did not request the provision of lawyers for her son and his colleague.
Soliev’s mother also received no response to her written and online appeals from the occupation “law enforcement”.
The whereabouts and condition of Farhad Soliev and Server Aliev are still unknown.
