During the Third Summit of the Crimea Platform, President of the Portuguese Republic Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa expressed his unwavering support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and emphasized the impossibility of considering the issue of Crimea in isolation from the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

“Never let people forget Crimea. Never let people forget Crimean residents. Never let people forget the economic development and social justice in Crimea”,  Marcelo Rebelo de Souza said.

The President of Portugal also noted that human dignity, the rule of law, sovereignty and inviolability of territories are a component of sustainable economic development and the basis for building a lasting peace.
