The First Lady of Ukraine Called Crimean Tatar Studies an Integral Part of Ukrainian Studies at a Meeting with the Heads of Ukraine’s Diplomatic Missions

During the meeting of heads of foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine, “Wartime Diplomacy: Resilience, Weapons, Victory,” First Lady Olena Zelenska called for the development of various options for joining Ukrainian Studies so that every university in the world could join the initiative to study and spread knowledge about Ukraine. In addition, the First Lady noted that it is worth showing the world that Ukraine is significant in its great historical roots and its modern, multifaceted manifestations, including the involvement of Crimean Tatar Studies.

“I believe that Crimean Tatar Studies, just as Crimea is an essential part of Ukraine, should be an integral part of Ukrainian Studies,” Olena Zelenska emphasized. 

The First Lady also called on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prioritize Ukrainian Studies in cultural and educational diplomacy.
