Occupiers illegally transferred First Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Nariman Dzhelyal to prison in minusinsk, krasnoyarsk region.
The russian federal penitentiary service has transferred the illegally convicted First Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Nariman Dzhelyal to a prison in minusinsk, krasnoyarsk region. This was reported by the wife of Nariman Dzhelyal Leviza.
His wife was officially informed about the fact that Dzhelyal was sent in stages ten days after the transfer. Leviza Dzhelyal received an official letter from the state penitentiary service, and this letter was followed by a message from the “supreme court” of Crimea with a rejection of the cassation appeal of Nariman Dzhelyal and Asan Akhtemov. The address was the city of minusinsk, so, according to Leviza, there is a possibility that her husband was sent there.
Also, Dzhelyal’s wife noted that there is no exact information about Nariman’s location, as well as about his condition. Mrs. Dzhelyal assumes that her husband is being held in special blocks, where he is not allowed to make phone calls.
Earlier, Nariman Dzhelyal was illegally detained upon his return to Crimea after participating in the Inaugural Summit of the Crimea Platform and sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony with a fine of 700 thousand rubles. The illegal verdict of the so-called occupation “court” of Crimea in the fabricated case of the so-called “sabotage” on the gas pipeline in the village of Perevalne was upheld by a russian ‘court’ of general jurisdiction.
