We must continue to urge our member states to establish a comprehensive system of responsibility and accountability. A meeting with 46 representatives of European countries was held to address the humanitarian crisis, the destruction of civilian infrastructure and deportation of the population, in particular, the issue of kidnapping of Ukrainian children is particularly painful for the whole world, and ensuring the return of every child to their families is a priority, as Russian actions are a gross violation of any provisions of international law, emphasizes Tini Cox, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
