“Taking Crimea back not only will bring this war to the end, but military defeat will also accelerate the changes in Russia itself”.  

Expert at International Crimea Platform, Expert on Foreign and Security Policy, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Strategic Black Sea Studies Olexandr Khara expressed his gratitude to all the nations taking part in this summit and for their support of Ukraine. 

Olexandr Khara during his speech noted that global security and justice can be achieved only with peace and that peace goes with the restoration of Ukrainian integrity, in particular the liberation of Crimea. 

Olexandr Khara also drew attention to the imperial soviet past that turned back spreading evil. This symptom is not only dangerous for Ukrainians but for all of us. It is imperative that we put an end to this impunity. Crimea is not a frozen conflict or a disputed area. The only legitimate owner is a Ukrainian nation and its return will be likely done by the military force. It is undeniable that in our common interests to end the war not to freeze conflict. And the next year would be successful and decisive, which is essential for the well-being in Europe. 

Olexandr Khara also mentioned that there are traces of Russia not only in Ukraine but in Syria and other Middle East nations and across Africa. That is why all of the states should be warned about potential similar scenarios happening in future.
