The leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev turns 80 today!
Today, the prominent Ukrainian figure, the indomitable leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev celebrates his 80th birthday.
For us, Mustafa aga is a symbol of steadfastness and devotion to values. Neither Soviet prisons nor persecution, nor threats and intimidation nor hunger strikes could make Mustafa Dzhemilev change his convictions, because he always faces his fears and challenges and continues to fight for justice.
Celebrating his eightieth birthday, Mustafa Dzhemilev remains an active defender of human rights and freedom of his people. His inexhaustible energy and determination continue to serve as an inspiration for a new generation of fighters for the rights of the Crimean Tatar people.
Mr. Mustafa not only preserves the memories of the past, but also actively works for the future, remaining a key voice in the international arena on the importance of deoccupation of Crimea, advocating for justice and the return of freedom to his people.
“The kingdom of jackals lasts until the lions rise up” – these words of Mustafa Dzhemilev, spoken at the inaugural Summit of the Crimea Platform, are more relevant than ever.
We wish Mustafa Dzhemilev good health, happy moments and further achievements in his noble struggle for justice and dignity. Let his hope for a better future serve as an eternal inspiration for all those who are looking for a shining example of true heroism.
