The National and University Library of Zagreb hosted a photo exhibition “Stories from the occupied Crimea” by Ukrainian photo reporters Аліна Смутко (Alina Smutko) , Alyona Savchuk, and Taras Ibragimov, who documented the lives of families of political prisoners and systematic human rights violations by Russia in the occupied Crimea during 2014-2019. For their activities, all three journalists were banned from entering the territory of occupied Crimea and the Russian Federation.
