Starting his speech during the third Crimea Platform Summit, Bujar Osmani, OSCE Chairman, stated that ever since 2014, our values and commitments have been under attack, as well as it has been shattering the lives of many people in Ukraine.
“By reaffirming our unwavering commitment to the OSCE fundamentals, we are reiterating our support to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders,” – he said.
He assured that the OSCE will continue to stand with Ukraine in these difficult times, including with the people of Crimea, who are currently experiencing harsh conditions Furthermore, the new support program is designed to continue cooperation across various important fields. This includes humanitarian demining, the promotion of the rule of law, and the mitigation of the environmental and economic impact of Russia’s war of aggression. He also announced further visits to Ukraine to fulfill all capacities of a chairman’s office to directly engage with the Ukrainian people.
