“Ukraine defends our common democratic values” — Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis

Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis once again condemned Russia’s unprovoked aggression and reaffirmed his support for Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. He also emphasized his support for the reconstruction of Ukraine, including the restoration of destroyed architectural monuments.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis also pointed to the terrible consequences of human rights violations in occupied Crimea since the beginning of Russia’s illegal occupation of the peninsula. The Prime Minister paid particular attention to the security threat posed by Russia’s military presence in the Black Sea region. “The use of force must be condemned,” Kyriakos Mitsotakis summarized.
