We Build Crimea: Monobank to open a branch in de-occupied Crimea

During the third Crimea Platform summit on 23 August, Monobank co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky said that the bank’s first physical branch would definitely be opened in Crimea within one month after de-occupation.

Monobank is the most popular online bank in Ukraine. The company’s policy is to provide the most convenient and accessible services to its customers. One of the keys to this is remote use and the absence of physical bank branches. However, as soon as Crimea returns to Ukraine, the only physical branch of Monobank is going to be set up there.

“Crimea is Ukraine. Monobank is a Ukrainian bank with one branch in Crimea,” said Oleg Gorokhovsky. The company has supported the Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership developed by the Ministry of Reconstruction together with the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and business representatives.

We Build Crimea is a portal created at the initiative of the Ministry of Reconstruction, designed to unite representatives of national and international business for the economic recovery of Ukrainian Crimea and its potential.

Any Ukrainian and foreign company can sign a Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership on the portal right now. It should become the basis for a dialogue between business and the state. Together for the future of Crimea.
