Note on Logistics Crimea Platform Summit

To the attention of registered participants and media
representatives, accredited to
the Inaugural Crimea Platform Summit (August 23, 2021)

Because of security considerations, access to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall will be limited starting August 22, 2021 (the attached maps indicate which streets will be closed to traffic on August 23, 2021 and on August 18-24, 2021).  

We kindly request all registered Summit participants and accredited media representatives to go through security checks at the specially allocated sites and indicated time slots.

Confirmed participants of the official part of the Inaugural Crimea Platform Summit:

  • 08:-09:40 – arrive at Park Road, 1 (St. Nicholas Church);
  • Until 09:40 – group transfers to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall;

Accredited media:

  • 08:40-09:00 – arrive at Institutska street, 5 (exit from the «Khreschatyk» metro station);
  • Until 09:00 – group transfers to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall;

Confirmed participants of the podium discussion #1:

  • 14:30-15:10 – arrive at Park Road, 1  (St. Nicholas Church);
  • until 15:15 – group transfers to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall;

Confirmed participants of the podium discussions #2 and #3:

  • 16:00-16:30 – arrive at Park Road, 1  (St. Nicholas Church);
  • until 16:35 – group transfers to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall; 

Confirmed participants of the podium discussion #4:

  • 17:30-18:10 – arrive at Park Road, 1  (St. Nicholas Church);
  • until 18:10 – group transfers to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall;

Due to COVID-19 epidemiological restrictions, please note that wearing face masks/respirators is mandatory at all times at the «Parkovy» congress hall and during group transfers to the «Parkovy» Congress Hall.
