“We want to see Ukraine free, independent, democratic and prosperous. It is self-evident that this means the restoration of Ukrainian territorial integrity in internationally recognized borders from 1991, including of course Crimea” – President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Markéta Pekarová Adamová

Markéta Pekarová Adamová noted that the support of Ukraine refers both to the level of the government, as well as citizens and society in the Czech Republic. It was also added that the Czech Republic will continue to provide every possible assistance by military, humanitarian, economical and political resources. 

According to Markéta Pekarová Adamová, the most elaborated and legitimate peace initiative is the 10-point Peace Formula, presented by President of Ukraine  Volodymyr  Zelenskyy. “Any peace solution cannot be found without both the support and participation of Ukraine”, Markéta Pekarová Adamová emphasized. 

The President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic is honored to host the Second Parliamentary Summit of the Crimea Platform this October. “We will discuss many important issues related to occupied Crimea. One which is very close to my heart is the horrible problem of the illegal abducted children”, Markéta Pekarová Adamová concluded.
