Qarar A/RES/74/17 «Qırım MC ve Aqyar şeeriniñ (Ukraina), Qara ve Azaq deñizleriniñ bölgeleriniñ arbiyleştirüv meselesi»

It condemns Russia’s military intervention in eastern Ukraine (and thus actually recognizes the fact of such intervention), as well as all forms of Russian pressure on neighboring countries; states that the security of the entire continent is under major threat due to Russia’s constant violations of international law, norms and principles of the Council of Europe; emphasizes that armed separatism, supported by mercenaries and the intervention of foreign armed forces, is in breach of the principles upheld by the CLRA.
